Last Night's Dinner


...maybe today's lunch, too. It was that good. Just the right amount of sauce (olive oil, tarragon, lemon and some goat cheese!) to give it an amazing flavor, yet light enough so it doesn't feel so heavy like some pasta dishes can. Bonus: it was probably one of the easiest thing I've ever made!
