I just love a nice relaxing Saturday morning--waking up whenever I want and heading to the kitchen to whip up my favorite breakfast: pancakes. Unfortunately I'm usually working by 7 or so on Saturday mornings, so that doesn't happen very often:) I typically prefer chocolate chip pancakes, but LOVE this idea of adding colorful sprinkles to the batter to create funfetti pancakes (perfect for birthdays, right?!)
