Whole Living


While I was waiting for a client at one of the studios where I teach pilates, I started browsing through a magazine called Whole Living. Which I then discovered was a Martha Stewart publication. And no wonder because it had so many great ideas, time-saving tips, recipes, fitness tips, you name it!

Here are just four stories I thought were quite interesting, but you can really get lost in that website without even trying!
