I just love these button hair ties from amberike to add a little color to my ponytail (that I seem to be always wearing with this heat!). Speaking of the heat, I got an e-mail from the yoga studio I go to saying that due to the record heat indexes, it seems that hot yoga classes are not so popular + they will be conducting "warm" yoga sessions instead--way to adapt, right?

ReplyDeleteI know! I've only done one class, and I thought I would die (the class was scheduled to be an hour + 15 minutes) before it was over from the heat. But once I got moving I was sweating so much that I didn't even notice the heat...haha. I really did like it + would totally recommend it, no matter how scary it sounds :)
